Yoga Classes Explained

Foundation Level 1 Level 1 provides a great basic understanding about yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques. This level is suitable for beginners and advanced practitioners that would like to refine their practice skills.
All Levels This yoga class is designed to assist people at all levels to further their knowledge of yoga practice. The level is set by the teacher on the day according to the group’s energy and strength.
Therapy Yoga Is a structured yoga practice that specifically focuses on reducing pain and limitations concerning each person as an individual. You will learn yoga postures and other complementary techniques to sequentially strengthen and lengthen the muscles in your body.
Body Mind ‘Body Mind Yoga’ is a gentle and respectful form of yoga appropriate for all ages and abilities. The aim is to reduce pain, correct posture and improve stamina. A special emphasis is given on the breath component to utilize its healing abilities which reduces stress and anxiety.
Intermediate 1(coming soon) Intermediate 1 requires a moderate level of strength. The yoga postures are held longer and explained in more depth. Ideally some experience of Foundation 1 classes is recommended before attending the intermediate 1.
